Shipping policy

1. Order Processing 

All orders will be processed in 1-3 days after your order is made. We do are best to get orders processed and shipped as soon as possible 

2. Shipping Rates

Jo’s PokeStop is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered.

When selecting Overnight / next day shipping your order will not ship out that same day. Your order will ship out the next business day.

Canada 

Option 1: $5 bubble Mailer 

Orders t 100 grams or less (single cards) have a $5 bubble mailer option.  This option ships Canada post regular mail with no tracking and no insurance. If this shipping option is chosen, Jo's Pokestop is not responsible for any lost or damaged product. 

Option 2:  Calculated Rates 

All orders up to a value of $100 shipping rates are calculated based on weight and the customer’s location. The Customer has the option to choose their preferred courier and service level.

Option 3:   

Orders over a value of $100 have a $15 flat rate option. With this option your order will ship with Canada post regular parcel UPS, or Canpar Ground.

Option 4:   Free Shipping

Orders over a value of $300 has the option for free shipping. With this option your order will ship with Canada post regular parcel or Canpar Ground.

USA
